Core Resource-to-Energy Technology
Overview
WTP-X is a modular thermochemical gasification platform converting suitable biomass and dry waste streams into syngas, electricity, and recoverable by-products. It is the technology core inside every OneTouch solution — deployed through AtollCycle for islands and AgriCycle for agriculture.
The Challenge
Plantations, sawmills, islands and industrial sites generate biomass and waste residues that are costly to dispose of and often simply burned or landfilled. On-site diesel power remains the default energy source in many of these locations, despite volatile fuel costs and logistics constraints.
System Components
Crushing and drying pre-treatment, vibration screening, an automated sealed feed system, a fixed-bed updraft gasifier, syngas purification train, and a gas engine generator set.
Gas Cleaning & Energy Conversion
Syngas purification removes tar, dust and H₂S before cooling to generator-grade quality. For industrial-scale flue gas treatment (steel mills, cement plants, heavy industry), OneTouch draws on engineering heritage from Yinshan Eco-Environmental Technology, combining SNCR/SCR de-NOx, activated carbon injection, and bag filtration.
Engineering & O&M
Delivery includes system engineering, installation, commissioning, on-site operator training, and ongoing operation & maintenance support contracts.

Configured according to feedstock characteristics and project requirements. The currently verified reference configuration is a 100 kW unit processing 150 kg/h of feedstock, located at UTAR.
